Colours of gratitude and calm within.

So much comes from the world out there that we expect the universe out of, barely getting chunks in return most of the time that lands us in platters of regret, shattering expectations. Oh, such fools are we in the very first place, just putting everything on shoulders unknown and known to an extent, sitting back with popcorn and a soda waiting for it all to come. Why?

We are blissful beings full of love, life, purpose, calling and so much that we ache to manifest out of life. We carry yesterdays like they are attachments we cannot live without. Wrong. We can. In fact, we can be better at living life today for what worth it holds today.

Yes, yesterday was a part of our lives, to an extent will be only to the extents we ‘allow’ it to be. A choice, isn’t it?

We are all about choices, the rights and wrongs blended into a smoothie called ‘learning’. Yes, it can be bitter-sweet (more towards the former in most cases) but it sure has chunks of the moments that remind of the little fragment of good that has become of life in all these years of tip-toeing around illusions, burdens, failures but yes, enjoying a few leftovers, something that always guided us ahead to where we are today; Stronger, wiser, smarter, humbler. We are so much today that we barely see it because we somehow aren’t completely habituated to the idea of looking at the ‘good’ around and within and salvaging something better out of it.

It all comes down to choices, I suppose. It is all about accepting that not much can be done about yesterday, the whole package but sure something can be done for a better today, isn’t it!

We need to be ‘allowing’ of ourselves to take baby steps towards letting it all go, to just hold on, breathe and live the moment at hand today. We have got to give ourselves and everything around the gift of time and patience. We have got to work towards a healthier and happier version of ourselves before we look at the versions of others around. Your journey, your lessons, your destinations are different. All of ours are. What unites us are our choices to either tip-toe our way through was of jealousy, comparisons, malice and what not or just work on finding calm, gratitude and endless love within. We are sources of energies first, magnets later. We were destined to love, love beyond filters, labels and definitions. Love wins all, is above all and breathes in all; Evermore.
